The trucks need to be more closely monitored. It started storming when finishing up loading my stuff and there was a leak somewhere in the back of the truck and water puddles everywhere.

I was not informed when renting a truck from this location that it would be closed. I had to call U-Haul to find out that I had to download the U-Haul App in order to rent the truck. The Internet connection in the parking lot was very poor so it took along time to get through the process. Way longer than if I dealt with an actual person. Next time, I'll make sure to rent a truck from a location that is staffed with people.

Reed MThe dolly and additional things I paid for were not in the truck, the truck was locked and had to wait 3 hours to figure out the combination for it. The assistance that I received to get it unlocked was amazing.
JOSEF WThe location forgot to authorize the vehicle which made me make 2 trips. There was supposed to be a moving dolly and hand truck provided but they were not supplied as well.
