The location forgot to authorize the vehicle which made me make 2 trips. There was supposed to be a moving dolly and hand truck provided but they were not supplied as well.

I dropped off the truck at Crescent Tires on Aug 31, but that office logged into the U-Haul system that I dropped it off on Sep 3. So U-Haul charged my credit card a $40 fee for being a day late, plus another $15 for insurance coverage for the extra day. I had to call U-Haul to dispute these charges.
