When the customer says they know using the uhaul app will be a problem. Especially on a Saturday when no one on site, give them a number to call that would help. Gave us a number to call for a site down the road to help. Which they couldn't help. First time renting a uhaul. Last time renting a uhaul. I heard app was a issue, told that to representative, didn't matter. Customer dropping off same time as me didn't have anything good to say.

We did not get all of our equipment and we have not received our refund
Janice RWe had an issue with the keys for our rental. We never did receive the code to the lockbox to obtain the keys for the truck we rented. However, when we made contact with someone about the issue, they were able to work out a solution. Just make sure the notification goes out timely. Thank you.
Gary BThe trucks need to be more closely monitored. It started storming when finishing up loading my stuff and there was a leak somewhere in the back of the truck and water puddles everywhere.
TREVOR MI was not informed when renting a truck from this location that it would be closed. I had to call U-Haul to find out that I had to download the U-Haul App in order to rent the truck. The Internet connection in the parking lot was very poor so it took along time to get through the process. Way longer than if I dealt with an actual person. Next time, I'll make sure to rent a truck from a location that is staffed with people.
