Upon arrival I addressed the refund for the second day, I was advised ONLY the pick up location can make this adjustment. No refund was offered, I was advised to call an complaint the Bardstown KY office.

I can't really think of anything. I called and they took all the information over the phone gave me a confirmation number. When I arrived and gave then my number in no time I was on my way. The guys were professional and friendly. I am sure I will rent from there again.

I was charged extra for not fueling up properly which is outrageous because according to the chart I filled it correctly but they weren’t able to provide proof that it was low . The in store rep was very nice but other than that I would not go back

I recommend this place to everyone that I know that needs a rental for moving or to go pick up just about anything the people here are great the only thing I wish that uhaul would change is ask for where u are goin to be moving from first address and give that mileage due to sumtimes it that u have to go to a different place to get equipment and that is mileage u have to pay for up front before u even strat to move but other than that the equipment is great and user friendly

The truck and staff were excellent. My only frustration was that I had a 10 am reservation. We got there right on time, there was a long line with one gentleman helping customers and we had to wait 40 minutes. He was very professional and helpful but completely understaffed and I had not anticipated waiting 40 minutes. Other than that it was a positive experience. The truck was clean and well maintained and staff was professional.

I scheduled my appointment and rental a week in advance. I get to the location and they tell me an employee has rescheduled my rental from 9am to 3pm and that they had no trucks available for me until 3p. No one called me to tell me they decided to do this. I had movers scheduled to be at my home at 930a to move all my belongings. They told me there was nothing I could do, but I could drive to Kentucky and pick up a rental there. Probably an hour plus out of the way, I told them I wasn’t doing that, they still said nothing they could do. I had to ask what time the next closest size truck was going out, they said noon. I had to give the option of renting that truck and promising to have it back before noon when someone else was scheduled to pick it up. They did say I could do that. By the time I did this and got home it was already 10am, so we had to rush through loading and unloading the U-Haul in order to get the truck back by noon. I was not able to move all my belongings in this time and had to call family to come assist with trucks and trailers. Very poor customer service. The only positive thing was the person checking me out when we brought the U-Haul back gave me a discount. I will not use this location again, not sure I will even use U-Haul again or recommend to friends/family.

The only problem I had was the wait time. I waited for 50 minutes before being served, along with so many others. You need more employees.

When I got to the location there was a line of people and there were only two people working behind the counter. One was the manager and one was another U-haul employee. The manager then proceeds to walk out as she says she has to go do something with her sister; as there is a line that is building of people waiting. Walks out leaving this one guy to help everyone. It takes on average 20mins to for each person to be helped. After about 45mins I finally get to the counter and they can't find my reservation. They tell me that the system constantly overbooks trucks and the truck I reserved was not there. 20 mins later as the few employees are scrambling to help people inside and outside, they finally come back and say they have a 15" truck, a smaller one, I can use. The management at this location is horrible and they need to be fired. This person manages very poorly. they location was in disarray outside, with equipment everywhere. It was a train wreck of an experience.

The customer service during both pick up and drop off was above average. We rented on an extremely hot day. I did notice that only two employees were working during the end of the day and had many rentals to check in. These employees worked continuously, with no way of having a break out of the sun and elements. Both were covered in sweat, which both creates stress and discomfort personally and does not create a professional image. Perhaps more employees working on the busy days would be an ideal solution. The young man working the equipment return was very helpful. It was very hot, and he was the only person working outside checking in lots of trucks and trailers. I had some problems with my equipment pick up location and he helped me with the resources to resolve those issues.

One person working on a Saturday morning. Had to wait 45 minutes in line. Tripped and fell over a metal tripod near door on outside of building then was hit in the head by the dolly sitting at front door. Clerk did not care. Said her boss told he that's where the dollys had to be. No apology no offer to help. Terrible experience. Truck had less gas than the agreement said. She changed it on the form but when I came back they charged me for it. They refunded the difference but what a horrible experience!
