Need better assistance on how to get onto the website to complete drop off after hours. I arrived on the lot at 7:05PM and finally at 7:45PM all due to trying to complete my drop off transaction online. I finally gave up and just dropped the keys in the drop slot near the front door. I then took a picture of the back of the truck and the drop off address and left in complete frustration!

I returned my trailer, after hours, and now you charge an additional $20 fee. That's ridiculous. Trailer running lights didn't work and I drove in the rain and dark. When I called customer service he was very, very rude. No refund on my after hour drop off and took no responsibility for anything. I will not be going back to UHAUL, and I have been a long time customer.

Was charged a 20 dollar service fee for not being able to check my truck in past office hours cause the worker put in the wrong mileage down he put under what the dash said so when I went to return it the system wouldn’t let me check it in. I left a note and the keys inside on the floor through the drop box explaining why I was unable to check in and woke up to a uhaul receipt email and they charged me 20 for their own mistake and mess up

It would be nice if you could wave a relocation fee. I couldnt drop my trailor off in Florida due to coronavirus so i had to drop it back off in my home state of indiana, and got an 85$ charge for not dropping it off in Florida. I get it, but maybe now isnt a good time to penealise people for plans falling apart, through no fault of our own.

I called to speak with customer service and was told I would receive a call from management within 72 hours; still no call. The mobile check in option is a complete let down and sub-par service. This location did nothing to suffice the situation.

Had made an appointment at another location only to get there and find th location closed with no one to assist. Uhaul was helpful in getting me directed to another location but having to do all the extra hassle wasn't fun.

Felt I was way over charged for a gallon of gas. It was raining hard and I rented a truck to haul some over size pieces. The round trip was 17mi. Because of the rain, I opted to just bring the truck back without stopping for gas. The gauge had barely moved from its position(when I first took off I noted the tank was not at 5/8. but closer to 1/2). Upon checking out, I was charged $15 and they hadn't actually re filled tank, So, I began to argue the point, but realized it wasn't the technician.

I called customer service Saturday evening to reserve a pickup truck and motorcycle tow for Sunday morning. I received the confirmation number through text message but when I showed up at the U-Haul on Sunday morning my reservations will not made. very unhappy that I received a confirmation number but did not have a reservation in the system. This is poor customer service. I saw this happen to two other customers while waiting in line. This is the second time I have had an issue with calling customer service and putting in a reservation.p

Will never use them again!! They hooked trailer up for us. We pulled literally right around the corner to get gas chain was dragging along with our adapter (second adapter we've purchased from them) of course it broke. Told them what happened they said we are to blame...refused to replace $12 adapter. We will purchase one from Walmart tomorrow for $6 and find trailer elsewhere for now on.
