The equipment that I reserved a week in advance was not where I reserved it. The day prior to pickup the pickup location was changed. The day I was picking up the equipment I received a text that the equipment was in two different locations. I had to cancel the car hauler due to it not being at the location. I will not recommend not will I use uhaul again. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.

I don't even know where to start. This is the third round of using Uhaul to empty my recently deceased mothers house, and we will NOT use Uhaul ever again. There was about a 45 minute wait just to check in, at 9 am on a Sunday morning, The 1 staff could have cared less, moving at a snails pace, no attempt at all to try and rectify the situation. The day before this, the scheduled truck we had to pick-up--at an automatic check in place in New Albany, the check engine light was on as soon as we started the engine, so we wanted to exchange it, after we already had movers in place to help us, etc. There was no other availability for us the whole day, except one with an early return time. Uhaul made no effort to rectify that situation either...had to reschedule my movers to the next day, which cost me money....

The front desk woman was very professional and she answered every question thoroughly. I was a first time customer. I love that you can check out online after hours it has you take photos which is a relief. Only issue I had returning it after hours was being a female alone on the property, more cameras would be nice. I stayed on the phone with my boyfriend while I did my after hours return. Also, I had a little problem finding the drop box slot lol it’s a tiny little sign on the glass to the building by the door.

POOR BOOKING PROCESS. SO I BOOKED A TRUCK A WEEK IN ADVANCE. UHAUL CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE TRUCK I WANTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY WOULD BOOK ME A LARGER TRUCK AT THE SAME PRICE, BUT I HAD TO DRIVE 10 MILES FURTHER TO GET IT. I HAVE A UHAUL FACILITY 5 MINUTES FROM MY HOME. SO I WENT TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE 10 MILES AWAY, AND THE ATTENDANT INFORMED ME, I DON'T HAVE ANY TRUCKS AND FURTHER MORE I DON'T HAVE YOU SCHEDULED. AFTER HE CALLED UHAUL NATIONAL CENTER THEY TOLD ME WE HAVE A TRUCK FOR YOU AT THE LOCATION CLOSER TO MY HOUSE. THE TRUCK WAS FINE BUT POOR SERVICE ON UHAUL. NEVER WILL RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

I paid for furniture pads and did not receive them for use. Returned the uhaul after hours as scheduled. And was then charged for all of the 'missing' furniture pads which I never received in the first place. Called the location and they are supposed to be getting back with me but it has been over 12 hours. Very upset, a lot to think about while moving into my first home and now this issue is adding much unwanted stress. Very unhappy about this..

Make it less cryptic when it comes to refueling and expectations. Telling someone that the limit for fuel is between 3/4 and a full tank is expected then charging them when it’s “a hair over 3/4” makes it seem like a scam.

I was a little disappointed that there was no ramp with the truck. You'd think a box truck of any size would have a ramp, especially one that suggests moving a 1 bedroom apartment. Especially for the price you pay. My move was not as smooth as it should have been and a ramp would have made a world of difference.

I was charged for 2 days when I only used the truck for 1. Picked up at ~930am and returned it before 8pm. Was first told that I should have used the mobile check in, which I was never told about. Thankfully Lewis at customer service helped to get my balance corrected.
