We ordered a dolly that was not on the truck once we got it. Luckily they removed the charge and we were able to find a dolly elsewhere but doing a pickup outside of normal business hours should ensure everything is ready to go on the truck

After I got there and I was pre registered, it took over an he for the guy to check me out, u also prepaid for the uhaul. All I did was bought 2 ropes for 2.99 ea and I wind up paying 16.00 more dollars and then when I got the truck home it didn't have the appliance dolly or the blankets in it and I had paid for, so I had to go back and pick them up

Make sure that the rental is clean out for the next customer. There was half a cigarette in the cup holder, side mirror and windows were muddy and the attendant stated he would clean them off before I left in which he never did. Box of Newport cigarettes were found beside the passenger seat. A cell phone was found under the driver seat. I had to sweep out the cabin of the truck.

THEY DID NOT HAVE TRUCK I RESERVED SO THEY GAVE ME A BIGGER ONE , THAT WE COULD NOT GET UP THE DRIVE WAY DUE TO WHEEL BASE. SO WE HAD TO CARRY EVERYTHING DOWN THE HILL THEN UP THE RAMP THEN DOWN HILL IN THE TRUCK, THEN BACK UPHILL IN THE TRUCK AND THE BACK UP THE HILL! MY BACK IS KILLING ME AND THE TRUCK WAS A RATTLING PIECE OF CRAP, I WAS CONCERNED IF IT WOULD MAKE IT. AND THUS DID'NT GET EVERYTHING LOADED BECAUSE OF DIFFICULTY IN LOADING PROCESS. ALSO THE LINE WAS RIDICULOUS, I SPENT 30 MINUTES ON LINE RESERVING TO PICK UP AND HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPRERIENCE!

I made reservations for 17 truck when I got there they had a 20” that was way too big my st is very narrow and it would have blocked the entire street had I backed into my driveway so I returned the tuck within two hours I was gonna wait till morning but I thought maybe I should return it right away so they could see I didn’t use it. Follow morning I go in I didn’t get help with getting another truck because they didn’t have another. I was told I had to pay for a whole truck again I did not get to use the U-Haul and still had to pay

Check in takes a lot of time, even when you have a reservation. Could stand a little more automation and streamlining. Tech Sam, like others before, went the extra mile to get my trailer hooked up, and on my way. I really appreciated his friendly and helpful manner.

Had a problem uploading required photo of gas and mileage. Was frustrating because didn’t know what other options there were and no way to contact anyone. Wound up leaving keys and called next morning and emailed the pics.

Needed a last minute truck for a move after ours broke down, called and they were all booked. Within 3 minutes of getting off the phone with the manager, who's name I didn't get but she was awesome, they called me back to let me know someone had cancelled and booked me right away! Best service during a stressful time!

The only issue i haf was my card was charged 90+ dollars for a $19.95 10ft rental explaination on how it works needs to be better explained. I am not happy bout it at all.

First of all, upon returning the car (which I had for four hours and I drove 34 miles) I was charged an extra $11.00, for what I was told was milage costs. When I signed for the car I was asked, "how many miles do you plan to drive"? I responded that it would be about 30 miles thinking that it would be recorded and that I would pay miles beyond my estimate (as was at other times I have rented from U-Haul). But no, 0 miles were entered and I paid extra for each and every miles for a four hour rental. Very disappointing. Upon returning the pick-up, a younger man attended me and the car. Bless his heart, he could not function, was distraught, and "out of it". I enquired and he informed me his girlfriend was in hospital in intensive care. the man should not have been at work as he obviously unable to do his job. I therefore did not pursue my issue as he was not in any frame of mind to deal with "my pettiness" when he was in such intense pain. I felt sorry for him. The pick-up was not clean, inside or out. It smelled as if someone had been smoking in it and the smoke had be covered up with some sickly spray of some kind.

only issue was we really needed a cargo van, but was told all were leased to some from September to December 12th or so. So, at an additional charge they put us in a box truck. However, when we went to pick it up, there was a van sitting out front near road. so we ended up with a truck with so much more room than we needed, at a higher cost than we did not need too pay. guess that is how they make their money...….

The back of the truck was clean, the cab was clean, but it smelled like old urine. Also, the engine or transmission sounded loud, but then again I drive a Ford Fiesta.
