STEPHEN LThis location really stinks as a Uhaul pick up spot. The truck was not set up for 24/7 pick up so when we went to pick it up it was not ready and I could not get it until the next morning. HUGE inconvenience. When I asked about getting the $50 because it was guaranteed to be ready or you offer $50, which I think it just a convenient way for you to make customers feel okay that you have not delivered on your promise. I don't feel okay about this, especially because it will take 7-10 days to get my money refunded, rather than just having it taken off the bill. This means that I have to pay attention to make sure the money comes back, or call to follow up on it if I don't see it. This is frustrating. We returned the truck at the time that we had reserved for and yet I still received a call from your company the following morning asking when I planned to return the truck. Your company should insentevise the companys that you store trucks at to create a better experience for your customers. The folks at Aubuchon do NOT want to deal with these Uhual rentals and it is very clear from the experience we had.
