Trailer didn’t fit vehicle it was supposed to. U-Haul would not refund my money. Switched pick up locations day before I arrived. Horrible customer service.
jeff wDarrin at the Jeffersonville UHaul was fantastic. The St. Albans and Enosburg locations are not customer friendly and I would recommend going to this location over those in a heartbeat! It may be a little further of a drive but trust me, it will be worth it!
