CLEMENT OAll parts of the process were very good. I do want to say that I reserved for 4 days which the website said wasn't normal and that someone would contact me. No one ever did and I called the Uhaul site the day before to make sure everything was set up. The system had moved me without me knowing to a different location. Glad I called. Chiefton Storage took care of everything and promptly called me back and kept me at the Jenks location. That saved me mileage and time. I will rent from UHaul at this location again in the next couple weeks.

CHANEY BYou should send your management team to learn how customer service is supposed to be done. This location had extremely good customer service. Just made you feel welcome. Small town (which I’m from) feeling. Could tell they actually cared and enjoyed helping customers.
