Make sure the location that you actually made your reservation at (Brooklyn) which has over 20 15 foot trucks has 15 foot truck keys in the lockbox when you scheduled your pick up. I had an awful experience and I will never use U-Haul again. I had to pick up in jersey city, spend so much extra time and money and not to mention extra miles. I asked customer service to make it right and they took 50 dollars off my bill. Which didn’t even cover the 60 dollar uber rides to jersey. Nor would they let me drop the equipment off in Brooklyn like they said I was able to on pick up. For a company as big as U-Haul you would think they have their systems in place and be more organized. I will no longer be using U-Haul from now on.

maricel vWhen I arrive to the location, the agent give me key for truck 10 feet. I went outside to check the truck surprising I had found no driver side mirror. I ask the agent he reply. U-Haul know about this missing mirror. I said OK but how I’m supposed to drive the truck without driver mirror back-and-forth with him he told me I have to call one 800 U to change the truck which I did. After half an hour, he make another reservation for different truck again I went to check. I found problem with air pressure in the tires which I cannot drive it So I went again back to him. He told me this minor problem and I can drive the truck. I told him no I cannot because in the middle in my trip using this truck may be I would get a flat tire. Again, I explain to him he shouldn’t offer these trucks to any customers Again, I called one 800 U-Haul to switching the reservation because he said he cannot do it from his end but this time in the middle of conversation between me and uhaul customer service agent he said he will switch it for me and he requested me to hang up with the U-Haul customer service I lost like 1 1/2 hour keeping trying those none functionable trucks I have pictures for first truck without driver side mirror and second truck with notes dash board for pressure is not correct for tires. I know U-Haul need to increase location to reach more customers in different area but at least each location has to get inspected by Supervisor of u haul region manager In additional when I initiate first reservation online was total $42 when I return my truck I have found different items in my receipts for example Tax on engine motor something new I never heard that from U-Haul For uhaul customer service if you need these pictures, let me know and I will upload it for you Thanks
