DAVID LBe careful, they are scammers. They charge me for the blankets. There is no blankets. We don’t get any blankets. $ 10 extra for Blanket every day I’m using U-Haul. I never use blankets. Or dolly this place when I rent also the truck was empty. There is no blankets.
AZIZ Kwas told on the phone to deliver early at a new location i wasnt told originally to go to. my gps said “arrived” when i was in the middle of a highway. turned out it was at a drop a key location in a smoke shop in jersey city. that would have been nice to know on the phone. the lady that helped me after i had to call customer service for help, literally said yeah people always get lost there. that should be in the instructions that its the smoke shop off of the highway, tiny uhaul sign in the door. otherwise the car was great and very clean. will rent in chatham again but not delivering back to jersey city again. the man in jersey city was helpful once i found the location
