When we attempted to drop off the truck we were unable to locate the address because it was so hidden and the U-Haul sign was very minute and there other unmarked trucks which was confusing. Better directions for drop off.

Angela CTruck only had 5/8 tank of gas when we received it. when we dropped it off we put a full tank of gas in it. I feel it should’ve came with a full tank of gas when I got it as well.
