The experience with U-Haul was the problem. Not the location. Systems were down and we couldn’t pick up our scheduled truck for 3:30 We were on a time crunch and couldn’t get the truck until 6 pm. Was told the first 100 miles are free yet only used 70 miles and was charged $100. Nothing about the transaction was smooth. We were very inconvenienced and not even offered a discount. Super disappointed.
