JESSE CThe brake its almost going and I put more gasoline and they anyways charge me I did not finished yesterday and I had the truck until today and was expensive for me.
MARIA JThis was in Joliet, not the location that i requested in Romeoville. No one but one kid could speak English. They answered the phone in Spanish. Language was a barrier. They closed at 3pm??? If you cant keep 9-5 or longer hours, you shouldn't be able to run a U-haul center. The other store was open till 7pm. I was uncomfortable in the Hispanic grocery store and what if the kid wasn't there to translate???? Very poor location.
