My return day was a holiday, so personnel were on site to assist, so there should be an N/A to select. The area is small and on top of a hill. Instructions for the return were clear but you have to ensure you read the box before dropping off your key if it is closed.

The truck rode well and the ac worked great! Floor board was stained. Mobile check in and out was easy.
