I was scheduled to pick up in Manhattan KS, I have the documentation. I am not sure how it changed to Junction City. I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to pick up in Junction City. Additionally, I received a request via text if I wanted to haul a trailer from Missouri to Scottsdale AZ, I said Yes I am interested in 625.00 discount for hauling the trailer. I was given a few options, and I received a call to discuss the options. I was told that the options first come first serve and I needed to make a decision, so I said YES to the Missouri to Arizona option. Two days before I was to pick up, U-Haul indicated that the trailer was canceled. I don't understand the policy where I am required to make a commitment, but U-Haul has the option to pull the option. Extremely disappointed with U-Haul and how the trip was scheduled and the options taken from me. I can be reached at 928-581-2184.

KIMBERLY BUsed mobile checkout because business did not open until noon on a Saturday. Keys in lock box were for a different truck. U-Haul Customer service was horrible. Rather than acknowledge issue caused by U-Haul and/or All about Grinding and working to find a solution, the customer service rep went out of her way to be unhelpful and disrespectful. At one point sitting on the phone in silence for several minutes waiting for me to repeat my request for assistance. From the moment she answered the call she seemed intent on delivering the poorest service possible and making an unpleasant situation worse. Genuinely surprised at the disrespectful attitude from the moment the phone was answered.
SCOTT BU-Haul online experience was awful. Everything went wrong. Our pickup time was changed from 7pm to 7am. U-Haul customer service said no mobile pickup at this location, but you actually can. Customer service hung up on us. The person at our pickup location had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with us to complete the online portion so we could finally get the truck. Thanks to him for all his help! Zero thanks to U-Haul customer support team. All this put us behind schedule 1 hour, thanks U-Haul!
