Van used excessive fuel for the type of vehicle (cargo van, not box truck); seemd like either fuel leak or poorly tuned engine. Not very clean. Crevices showed years of dirt and organic buildup. Seats had dog hair, and the van had a (slight) off smell. Agent was friendly though.
