I can't comment on the location because it was CLOSED at the appointment time(3:30pm). We had to call the 800 number and walk through the steps to acquire the truck. Then when we returned it we had to take a series of photos. Wasted my time! Very poor customer service. I will never rent from this location again. I'd like a refund of the money I paid to rent this truck as a courtesy for our inconvenience. Thank you.
