The location we went for pick up of truck and dolly was horrific. The lady who helped us at the desk was a young girl who I could tell had zero experience. She was FaceTiming her mom to get instructions on how to complete my reservation. I mentioned we ordered appliance dolly and she proceeded to take pics of the tow dolly. I reminded her that’s not what I ordered and then they didn’t have an appliance dolly and told me to pick it up at another location. The whole process took an hour. She was FaceTiming her mom the entire time acting like this was a huge inconvenience for her. The mother was yelling at the daughter because they couldn’t coordinate or communicate with each other. It was a shit show and they’re a bunch of hillbilly’s. I was so annoyed I went to Home Depot to rent a dolly.
