My complaint is mostly with Uhual Corp, but the location does have issues. The husband and wife team owners were not in the best of moods and somewhat unaware of the check out process (photos of the truck required to carry on in the check out process etc.) The truck I received was clean, but a check engine light was on, and later the truck developed signal light issues. Also I was not credited the miles I was told I would NOT be charged to pick at another location. The "manager" I spoke to on the phone at the Orleans location was confusing credit of the estimated mileage - not removal from the actual mileage driven. I would appreciate a call to discuss this and NOT from the Orleans location.
