Easy location to find and I felt safe leaving my car there for 6 hours. The office was closed when I picked up my rental, but the UHaul app was helpful with walking me through the steps and getting the key. Drop off was equally easy using the app.
Jenny DA few things: # 1 - do not change the location I book for the pick-up to a location that is further away. Move the truck/equipment to the location I chose or find another location closer to me. #2 - Return phone calls. I called and left a voice mail saying I have questions and I never heard back from UHaul. #3 - Do not try to charge me extra for miles when you move me to a different location that is further away from the location I booked. #4 - Give me credit and $ back for returning the truck a day early and with more gas than when I picked up the truck. This time was not a very good experience for me with UHaul.
