Okay, my reasoning for saying no to the question, "Was the equipment clean and was there well maintenance?" is because the vehicle needs to go into the shop to be serviced. I drove the truck, my movers drove the truck, and it was hard to control. It either needs a real alignment or something with the suspension. When driving, it felt like it was driving itself. That's the only way I can put it into words. It was very hard to steer and keep it straight on the road, and you really couldn't go past 25 or 30 miles per hour because it would really get out of control. It was a scary experience for sure. Secondly, I gave my overall ratings the way that I did just because when I walked in, it smelled like marijuana. Now, this is an establishment, and yes, marijuana is legal in Missouri, but you shouldn't want that for your business. Not everybody smokes it, and it's a big turnoff that will make somebody literally walk right out the door, like I was about to do, but I was in dire need.

WELTENE SCustomer service was terrible, they had a system I never agreed to, I was sent to this location for a 2 bed apt truck and I got to the location at 7am which was my pick up time and nobody was there, I called customer service she helped me out but was very rude, it was already cold and I was waiting for the process and the lady was still very rude not understanding where I’m Coming from, I asked for a dolly and the dolly wasn’t in the truck I was told I will be reimbursed, still haven’t yet, I returned the truck and even the guy there waiting was rude, for who knows what, never met him a day in my life, the truck drove good.
JAY NI really can’t think of anything at the moment. I’ve been to this location two or three times and it’s always been positive. Maybe a clown making balloon animals in the parking lot I don’t know. I love U-Haul though thank you.
