Have a standby driver incase one is not ready to drive the truck

MARC H.The truck was given to me with less than a quarter tank of gas. It was very dusty and dirty inside the truck, and neither of the dollies I reserved was available. I was told to go to another UHAUL location to see if they had the dollies I needed available. What I should have been instructed to do was to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL and the regional office would be able to locate and reserve the dollies for me to pick up.

I didn't get the email with my contract then the location where I dropped the truck off called because the address in google gave me his other location and he told me to look on my contract. RUDE. Plus I took the truck back with more gas then it had when I picked it up and was still charged for gas.
