The rental van I originally reserved what not the one the app provided the keys for. Although, it got the job done. I am not complaining about that part. Except, I reserved the rental 11/6 for 2 hours. I returned the van on time. Checked out on the app, got my receipt and turned the keys back into the box. I received a call 11/8 from two u-haul associates asked when I was going to return the van. As if I stole it or kept it for longer. One called me around 10 am, said it’s not showing returned. He was going to double check. Oddly enough, I got another receipt after we got off the phone. Then around 4 i get the same call from a woman. I’m like this is ridiculous. Before she called me I had checked the app and it was now showing the reservation as a past order. When she called I told her that. That took me by surprise. I informed them that I returned the van on time and followed the instructions on the app during the return process. I go to check the app, it shows the reservation is still active. I go to return the truck and because I already went through the process, i couldn’t do anything because I returned the van. I am not sure what’s going on with u-haul and their systems, but it would be greatly appreciated if the company got it together!

Jimmy RI rented a truck for $19.99. I drove from Keller to Saginaw twice. My bill was almost $150! That's ridiculous! Plus I paid another $26.67 foot gas at the same place. Almost $200 for a very small truck!
Pamela RThe location and personnel were very nice and very helpful. The truck did need a minor sweeping of the back and the low air pressure light was on for the tires and that is the only reason I listed a "no" for the equipment being clean and well maintained. I did the electronic check in and return. The check in was a challenge as the system did not provide a code for the padlock box. This is when I went inside and interacted with personnel at the Ice Box. They were very polite, professional, and helpful, leading to an above average rating and they would be close to excellent overall. The return process was seamless however, definite issues on the charges as my credit card has three different authorizations currently, with different amounts and timing on when posted. I did the return electronically and this was a long process. Am waiting to see what the final charges are when posted to my credit card to see if there is a need to dispute the activity.
