The only thing good about my experience was the worker. The U-Haul system was so slow you couldn’t make a reservation. I had to call the store to have them reserve it. When getting there the U-Haul system was so slow they couldn’t complete reservations. Spent 45 minutes waiting for the person in front of me to get their reservation sorted and mine checked in.
