ROBERT GI had a great experience renting a truck at Keller Self Storage. Both of the employees who helped me get my truck were fantastic. One employee checked me in and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The other employee was super friendly and brought my truck to me. She made sure the AC was turned on in the truck since it was a hot summer day. The truck worked great for my short local move. I will definitely rent from this location again! Thanks so much!!
ELLIOTT DReached the location around 6 pm ish. The drop-off location had key access to the parking. I was confused about how to open it. Fortunately, there was a kind lady who saw me struggling and opened the gate for me. I am not sure if she was an employee! It started to drizzle, and suddenly the rain poured heavily. She pointed me towards a small office at the end of the building, where there should be an incoming mail box where I can drop the keys. Thanks to her (my angel). Again, I feel, coincidence resolved my issue, not the self-drop system. It is not the location, but the system seems to have flaws. NOT AS EASY AND SMOOTH AS THE ADVERTISEMENT VIDEO PORTRAYS.
JANAK SMy return was counted as late because the office was closed when I dropped off. I have been charged $22 for a late fee. I have requested this to be refunded and the lady trying to help said it won’t go through. I am hopeful this gets resolved but it appears your system has some malfunctions. Please ensure my charge is refunded.
