Having a more reliable supply of moving blankets and other moving aids at dealers would be helpful, but still very happy with my experience today, J'a Performance was by far the best U-Haul location I've dealt with!

Dalton HThe gas tank was empty when picked up rather than the normal full for a rental which simplifies the fuel situation. We had to bring it empty and there was no credit a available for extra fuel. Most aggravating was being charged for gas because it was slightly under what went out. It should have been wash considering the difficulty in bringing the truck back empty. Terrible policy, I would look elsewhere in the future. Incidentally, the preferred truck was not available at the most convenient location.
