Booked a 20 foot truck to move from Newfoundland to Ontario. One day before pickup after flying there I was informed that they didn't have a 20 foot truck and all they had was a 26 foot truck!!! More money in fuel and for the ferry. Why couldn't they at least tell me ahead of time and I could have looked into something else? Now I have to pay out of pocket for their mistake.
Paul COn the unit I rented, the steering was worn and loose. Hard to keep a straight line on the road. Otherwise the truck was great. Really appreciated the blankets and dolly provided in the truck. Truck cab was neat and tidy.
Bill MHaving a more reliable supply of moving blankets and other moving aids at dealers would be helpful, but still very happy with my experience today, J'a Performance was by far the best U-Haul location I've dealt with!
