On the unit I rented, the steering was worn and loose. Hard to keep a straight line on the road. Otherwise the truck was great. Really appreciated the blankets and dolly provided in the truck. Truck cab was neat and tidy.

Having a more reliable supply of moving blankets and other moving aids at dealers would be helpful, but still very happy with my experience today, J'a Performance was by far the best U-Haul location I've dealt with!
