I dropped the truck off to the designated location at 12:03 pm on March 1st, 2025 but he didn't check it back in. I had to call uhaul twice to find out why it wasn't checked back in because I didn't want to be charged late fees. Finally on Sunday March 2nd it was checked back in but I still haven't received my deposit back so now I'm out 125.00 :( Not ideal for someone who is moving.

None of the equipment I paid for was included with the uhaul. They made zero attempt to help either. Avoid this location.

Andrew GThis is a very weird pickup location and caused extra stress on our move date. It isn't in the best area of town, and the store was not open when we arrived at 7am. The employee wouldn't let me pay with cash and stated that it had to be done with the credit card I booked with. This is contrary to what I was told when booking, that the card was simply to hold the reservation and payment could be changed at the time of pickup. The back of the truck was not latched properly when we arrived and it smelled bad inside. Living next to a main location in West Kelowna, I was not please to be moved to the Pandosy location in Kelowna which operates out of a convenience store located underneath a brothel. I expected a smoother process given that I booked ahead and picked an earlier date than most moves on the last day or first day of the month.
