Have your customer represenatives do their job and call people back with confirmations or additional information. I made 6 phone calls in one week and nobody gave me the promised return confirmation or called me back with an update. It took 8 days to finally get a confirmation.

The red dolly was loose in the back prior to use but overall service and equipment was swell.
