Their language their very unprofessional. They didnt tell me the amount of the rental before they charged my card. They did not give me a copy of lease agreement.. and uhaul keeps trying to charge all kinds of different amounts to stolen debit card.. so no ill never ever rent from uhaul again.. its a rip off

Casey AHave your customer represenatives do their job and call people back with confirmations or additional information. I made 6 phone calls in one week and nobody gave me the promised return confirmation or called me back with an update. It took 8 days to finally get a confirmation.
