Very rude the only person was there, He ask me to park in other place out of the facility, I explained to him will be just to rent the truck, but still was very rude, when he ask me for my reservation I told him didn’t have one and he told me don’t have any unit avail. I called to reservation center and they get me one same location that mean he lie to me. I think we don’t deserve to be treat it that way.

It is the first time to sue Uhaul but i decided never use Uhaul again. Even never recommend it because of: 1. Self check fee - i didn’t know that and they never explain it in the store. I realized the self check in after returned the truck. They just sent it to my wife mobile phone. Unfortunately my wife phone was died during the moving so i couldn’t check it. If they tell me about the self check in, i should complete it. 2. Fuel - i moved only 15miles but they charged 3.6gal (17$) - it is no way too much expensive. Your truck can drive only 4mile per gal. And uHaul fuel is 5.5$ per gal... fuel is expensive and mile per gal also not correct. I am a little late to return the truck so, i couldn’t fuel it. If you can charge overnight fee, i probably fuel it when i returned it. I had some mistakes but also the store made a mistakes but they never think about it and charged me all. ;-/

I had to wait in line for 20 minutes and then the owne, who was the only one there, walked out of the store for 10 minutes to help someone who arrived LONG after I did to help them with a propane refill. When I called him out on it, he didn’t even apologize. TERRIBLE customer service.

We were significantly overcharged on mileage. We drove two trips between our old and new place within bothell which was less than 5 miles apart and pickup/drop off of the truck. When we calculated the mileage between each stop, it came to roughly 30 miles, yet we were charged 88. Upon returning the truck, I marked that I disputed the charges and was told a representative would call me in the next few days. I never received a call, and yet my card was charged for the full amount. I will never use u-haul again because it seems they’re trying to overcharge me and hope it’ll be too annoying to fight.

Having an employee call my wife at work to confirm she is my emergency contact is overkill! I have rented $40,000 cars before and have never had the employee call my contact. The employee told me that this was the CEO of Uhaul's policy. If this is indeed a Uhaul policy, I would have it changed. My wife does not need to be bothered at work for me to rent a small trailer. If this is not an actual policy please retrain your employees.
