I had a complicated rental experience because my personal information had previously been stolen and used to rent a U-Haul fraudulently. As a result, I had to spend time on the phone with customer service to verify everything before I could rent a truck. The manager at this location was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to rent the truck and complete my move. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Moving without a truck would have been extremely difficult, and I truly appreciate the support I received. Highly recommended!

LEE K2nd time in 2 weeks time I was given a trailer with an illegal flat balled tire. First time I caught it and made them switch trailers. Second time I did not see the bald tire till later. But it was a local move so i just lived with it. Trailer had greasy floor and garbage debris like previous user did a greasy dump run. Staff member went on with blower to get garbage out, but when I got home, I used soap and water to was floor so my moving boxes would not transfer grease to my boxes and then into my house. Location was understaffed with only 1 worker, who was doing his best, not his fault. He was working as fast as possible.
Brian RI had to pay for extra mileage that was not driven by myself, person in charge of drop off didn’t validate properly the previous reservation mileage and I paid extra 25 dollars from my pocket, I forgot to take a picture as evidence, my bad but U-Haul should have a better register

Michael Sas always the rep on site was very kind and helpful and professional. Reverentially there seems to be only one person on duty which means that they are working pretty hard and they are pretty busy, but maybe that's what keeps your price as low. I don't mind waiting because I find U-Haul a much better deal than any other rental and I really like all of your employees including the ones on the phone and dispatch and customer service.

Matthew GSome mix-up on the office side of Uhaul changed my drop-off location and never alerted me to it, so I brought it to where I thought I was supposed to drop it. The poor owner of the neighborhood dealer said that people had been showing up all week and dropping off trailers that he had no knowledge of, and that Uhaul was sending trailers to his store, which wasn’t even contracted for trailers - just trucks. After MUCH confusion and lots of frustration and wasted time, I picked my trailer back up from where I originally booked my reservation, before they, without my knowledge, changed the location, and took it to the Kenmore location. Because Uhaul had wasted my time so thoroughly, they had closed, leaving me to do an after hours dropoff. Once I got there, they had the entire lot filled up with trucks and trailers, to the point I had to disconnect the trailer outside the location and walk it in myself. Both the pickup and dropoff experiences were so terrible I’ll never use anything from Uhaul again - not worth the trouble or frustration.

Nick RFrom reservation to return they are professional and have the knowledge to get you what you need. They also worked with me when I got stuck behind an accident on the other side of the state and couldn't return the van on time! They were so gracious and made the whole experience better.
