The staff was very kind and courteous. However, environmental / operational issue: most of check-out/-in progress depends on customers’ mobile phone; the mobile network connectivity was terrible to customers using Verizon network.
Joseph HI’ve been a U-Haul customer for years and have visited several locations and this branch provided the worst service I’ve received. I felt discriminated against. Despite having a booking and valid drivers license, Kyle would not explain to me why that was not sufficient to rent a truck and that I needed a second person information that I never provided before during my previous U-Haul experiences. Instead, he was rude and insisted I just had to because my ID still had my previous address that wasn’t within the same neighborhood. Not until he called someone who I believe told him he was doing too much, did he proceed to hand me the truck key. I’ll definitely not use this branch again and will warn everyone of color that I know not to.
