STEPHANIE RI went to go pick up my trailer. They said they had no reservation and they made no sense cause they had my utility dolly read for me. Spoke to the area manager and they helped me with a truck that was there. I was helpless and had to take whatever they gave me as I had elevator bookings for move in and move out. The trailer was filled with literally shit and mud and I was told this is what we can give you you’ll have to deal with it. I have pictures of the trailer.
Urjita SThis location charges me extra money And when I asked they said the vehicle is locked and he call someone to open the truck But basically the guy told me when you drop off the truck leave the key inside and leave the truck open That’s not our fault that the other guys at location locked the door without bringing the key out of the truck why we gonna pay extra 150 dollars due to their mistake

Himanshu HIt was too expensive. The 20 went up to 88 just for a very short distance and was told that insurance was included. Not worth it!

Xavier LSeems like a dump. Dirty, full of mud everywhere, hard to see/find and very chaotic. The staff was helpful though they were leaving already, but stopped by to explain where things are and how to proceed. Very nice people, just the place is poorly maintained and disorganized.

OSHANE STruck was full of dirt on the inside. Dead rat found inside the truck. i had to clean before loading my things. Also, the fuel was almost empty.

MOHM ZImprove the office space and tidy the van. There was garbage inside the vehicle and the office looks ready to fall apart.
CHRISTINA PThe cargo van had an issue. The rear right indicator was not working. As a reason we were finding difficult to change lanes in highway to right because other drivers were not able to get the signal that we wanted to change lane to right. Actually we recognized this problem towards the end of the trip. This was a serious hazard. Additionally, if the overall cleanliness of the vehicle could have improved and that could have made the user experience even better. U-Haul needs to improve a lot in the way they run the company.
RAHUL VTh truck broke down and I could have been killed. Never again. I want my money back. A manager was to call me yesterday or today and never happened. What lousy customer service is this

PRASHANTH TThe gentleman was friendly and helpful, however the physical location was a mess. The business next door had big trucks blocking everything, the ground was not paved and the dirt was filled with ice and snow very dangerous to navigate. Clean up the location pave the area.
