I never went to the Kennett store so I can't answer the questions
BRIAN KThey changed my name to my nephew's name on the contract, then charged me more than the original contract amount. I was told the charge would be 132.00 /day. They changed the charge to $152.00/day. That isn't fair.
BRIAN BMy only issue is I was double charged for a dolly that I thought was a rental for a day but it turned out it was only for 6 hours and I was unaware
