The clerk questioned the gas tank level so I showed him the pictures of pickup gas tank level and the drop off gas tank level . He still questioned it and after I left he reported it as less than the pictures showed so I was charged a fuel fee . I contacted Loraine at UHaul customer service and she was very helpful in correcting the issue for me . The clerk asked that move the vehicle around to the back of the kwik stop which was a bit more difficult than I expected because of traffic and the location of the back parking area . Instructions should have been provided in the drop off email I received .

jo r1.39$! Per mile is stealing and the 20$ after hours fee is total bs I picked up at 10am on Sat and they were open and returned at 3pm on Monday ! The truck was below a 1/4 tank and I left it with 1/2 to 3/4 tank of gas . The mileage charge was ridiculous and assumed it was 99cents not a 1.39 $ will share my experience
Mark OBad customer service I already made the reservation online, but they made me do it again at the location which wasted 30 minutes of my time. The info on the receipt are incorrect, I returned the vehicle at 0526pm, they put 0800pm. And there a bunch of charges i don't understand. I need to get my money back because they're trying to overcharge me
Jones EIt was a seedy location at best! Very difficult to understand the person behind counter. The store wreaked of alcohol. Further more going around to the back of this particular location and meeting a drunk explaining to us how to take photos of the truck was a bit more than what we bargained for…
