1.39$! Per mile is stealing and the 20$ after hours fee is total bs I picked up at 10am on Sat and they were open and returned at 3pm on Monday ! The truck was below a 1/4 tank and I left it with 1/2 to 3/4 tank of gas . The mileage charge was ridiculous and assumed it was 99cents not a 1.39 $ will share my experience

Bad customer service I already made the reservation online, but they made me do it again at the location which wasted 30 minutes of my time. The info on the receipt are incorrect, I returned the vehicle at 0526pm, they put 0800pm. And there a bunch of charges i don't understand. I need to get my money back because they're trying to overcharge me
Jones EIt was a seedy location at best! Very difficult to understand the person behind counter. The store wreaked of alcohol. Further more going around to the back of this particular location and meeting a drunk explaining to us how to take photos of the truck was a bit more than what we bargained for…
TAMI GNot adding hidden fees
IEVGEN OThere was some confusion when I arrived from the front of house person but we sorted it out. The ordered extras (Dolly and furniture mats) were not in place but were taken off the order so I did not pay for them. Once I got to the truck out the back of the store, the owner appeared and was very helpful regarding getting out of the yard (which is tight otherwise) and provided guidance regarding the return. This site works far better if you use the app to check in and collect as I opted (badly) for the desk check in when I made the reservation on line.
