I reserved to have a furniture dolly, appliance dolly and furniture blankets. This location had none. Instead of telling me prior to charging me and finalizing everything; the attendant told me afterwards when I finally noticed the truck was missing all these items. The cashier there who was getting defensive with me when I questioned why he charged me for that equipment knowing it’s not there, handed me a note with a phone number and made me contact someone by the name George to 954%865%3945. George then said I can make my complaint to U-Haul and they can refund me for it.

It took forever to complete the online pickup process and at the end of it there was no key in the box so I couldn’t even access the truck meaning I couldn’t empty out my storage unit and I’d have to pay another month fee as it was the day before for the 1st of the month. Then I tried to call for a refund and was on the phone for an hour and transferred about 5 times to different people only to be told to call in the morning. I still haven’t received my refund. No one was ever apologetic for the massive inconvenience.
Michelle WThe truck was dirty and had a crack in the windshield. There was food on the floor in the cab. Back had food and dirt all over it. Very poorly lit at night, didn't feel safe enough to do the post inspection check out process. Had to drop off and go.
