There was no personnel available when I dropped off the equipment and there was no drop box. I had to make a special trip to return the key.

I paid for a utility dolly that was not provided, it was a bit disappointing because I was moving some really heavy items. I picked the truck up while the location was close so I wasn’t able to get one. Otherwise, smooth experience.
