The trailer I rented the straps was broken. I drove from the Ken location all the way to Bremerton just to find out had to bring the trailer back was unable to complete the task that I sent out and the person who sold me the U-Haul said they couldn’t refund me

BENJAMIN LI rented the truck for 20 miles, I did 6 miles and returned it the same day. They charged me $60 extra because the truck was supposedly missing gas. For 6 miles it seems to me a scam, when at the beginning I paid for 20 miles and did less. It's the worst place to rent a moving truck.
