The pricing was not transparent whatsoever. I was under the impression we were going to be charged MUCH less. The gas was at half a tank when we left and we returned it with half and we were charged for not returning it with same amount. The back of the truck was full of drywall dust that got all over our equipment. I was not offered the insurance which is optional yet that was billed toward me. I also called the location twice to ask questions about my bill and was never given a call back. Never again will I use U-Haul.

Edward DFix your app! I had many many problems using your app. Including not being able to get back in after checking prices on a few things. Very big hassle in many ways. If I didn't know and trust the U-Haul name I would have gone elsewhere because of problems with the app.
