I am very unhappy with the pick up situation. I arrived at 2384 Hwy 16 on day of pick up before 12 to be on time for truck and was informed that they had a situation of not having my truck. And was informed I had to drive to Kerrville to get it. I was on a time frame to get the U-Haul to place of loading. It was a real inconvenience and frustration. It through everything off. So very unhappy.
