The brakes are shot, the rep didn’t explain the truck is in miles, not kms and then underestimated my kms required. I used the truck for 4.5 hours and was charged for 24 hours. The rep didn’t explain how to calculate how much gas was required to refill, nor did he state it was my responsibility to do so. He doubled the fuel surcharge. He did not do a walk around of the truck with me when I picked it up, nor did he do one after the fact. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I way overpaid for this service. I will not ever use UHaul again.
