My issue isn't with this location, it's with uhaul I general. I booked a 20ft truck at a different location, was confirmed and everything. Moving day comes i go to pick up the truck and it's not there. Uhaul sends me to a location thats 200+ kms away adding 400+ kms onto my bill and I was only able to get a 10ft truck. Even though it was their screw up they would not comp me the extra mileage. Ive never had issues with uhaul ever in the past but, after this experience I will never use them again. They screw up and I had to pay extra for their screw up, thats bad business. If you have other options to choose from i highly recommend it. They do not care about their customers at all and will just add more stress to an already stressful moving day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe clerks were knowledgeable and helpful. Perhaps the amount of gas in the tank could have been more than 1/4 tank, so that anyone travelling farther than I had to wouldn't need to stop for gas first.
