My roadside assistance ticket after sustaining a trailer tire blowout in TX took 4 hours to resolve. (Not this locations fault). Other than that there seemed to be confusion about whether I should be dropping off the trailer at this location, despite having the contract showing the correct address.

Susan RWe blew a tire on our roadtrip. We didn’t hit anything that caused the tire to blow, nor was there a nail or something like that. I wish the U-Haul would’ve been better maintained with there tires so they weren’t so worn down. Luckily we were in a good spot when the fire blew with no one around us, but it could’ve been a lot worse! We could seriously injured ourselves or some other driver, all because U-Haul can’t properly handle there trailers and vehicles.
