dan tNo signal at all to do a mobile check it Took me 1-5 hours to get the truck checked out and 2 hours to return The system didn’t have enough signal to completed and the U-Haul web site kept giving me errors and timing out. I ended up paying movers for 3.5 hours of time that I never used them because of these delays
Diana TThey transferred me to a different location the night before my pick up date. The location was 2 hours away forcing us to drive 4 hours in total just to pick up the U-haul the day we already had to make a very long move. In addition, when I picked up the truck, it only had a 1/4 tank of gas.
