No signal at all to do a mobile check it Took me 1-5 hours to get the truck checked out and 2 hours to return The system didn’t have enough signal to completed and the U-Haul web site kept giving me errors and timing out. I ended up paying movers for 3.5 hours of time that I never used them because of these delays
Diana TThey transferred me to a different location the night before my pick up date. The location was 2 hours away forcing us to drive 4 hours in total just to pick up the U-haul the day we already had to make a very long move. In addition, when I picked up the truck, it only had a 1/4 tank of gas.

Daniel CI went to drop off the truck on Sunday afternoon. The location was closed. I followed the prompts sent to me by U-Haul. When I came to the part to verify my location the prompt couldn't locate my location. The prompt wouldn't operate without being connected to the internet. I was in the middle of no where and there wasn't an internet signal. I had to call customer service and return the truck over the phone. The whole process of returning the truck took over an hour. It should of taken 10 minutes. I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
