Absolutely nothing. The uhaul experience and equipment I had got from this location worked in over excellent condition. I drove 1600 miles with a 4x8 trailer and it got all the way and looked ready for more. I tell you I've never seen something as reliable as this. My first time getting this trailer type with my dodge avenger and it worked great. Trailer barely swayed, if it did at all, the trailer never bounced to much at all even when going over bumps. 10/10 will use againTRAVIS S.
The location was good. But the day before I rented two people to pack our house. The lady on the phone who set it up messed up so now I can't figure out how to pay. The agency who provides the workers is threatening to turn me in for not paying. I want to pay but have not received the text from the company he says I should have received. I've received texts about renting a truck and turning gin a dolly but not the one that allows me to pay. I've called customer support and waited 40 minutes for someone to get on the line to help me. They never did so I gave up and went to work. Someone please help me.KARL B.

The service line was extreamly long, I waited well over 30 min to pick up my reservation. Then to add insult to injury I wasn't aware that regardless of how quick my rental was once I surpassed 100 miles I would be charged 165 dollars for the rental plus $63.00 in gas. But advertising says $39.00 a day.CHARLES E.
Did not have truck size I made reservations for, weeks in advance. No dolly or furniture equipment available. Had to return during closed time and online check out didn't work. Moving takes preparation and they seemed to not care about company failure to provide equipment.Markitia K.

First guy locked keys in truck running took an took an hour and half to have a guy come up there to unlock, they didn't have any of the equipment I requested besides one utility dolly. On return the tech was rude and sarcastic. I will refer all my family and military friends and personal to use Penske in the future, they are 2x more expensive but worth the professionalism and accuracy of equipment available. 2 Thumbs DownDALTON H.

I was conducting a military PCS move and had an online reservation for a 10x15 storage unit, but upon arrival I was told that they didn't have the storage unit that I reserved. I showed the manager my reservation, but she said that it didn't matter because she didn't have any units available, saying that the website had triple book her units. She then tried to sell me a temporary storage box which was not adequate for my storage needs. It appeared to me that the manager simply took the business of someone who was already onsite rather than honoring my online reservation. This was incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. If they were overbooked I should have at least received a courtesy call to let me know, rather than showing up after a 12 hour drive to find out I didn't have a place to store my household items. Then I literally had less then two hours to find a storage unit elsewhere, which cost me an additional $170, download my stuff and return the trailer before they closed. Incredibly disappointed in the whole ordeal to say the least!RICHUARD G.

I rented a 10' Uhaul at 2pm. Asked the dispatcher if there was a discount if I competed the move and returned the truck within the next 4hrs (cuz I wasn't planning on keeping the truck overnight). He replied "Yes, definitely. It's only for a couple of hours." I skipped a late lunch and started moving my stuff to compete it quick. When I was done and on my way back to return the truck, I called to let them know (around 5pm) that I was on my way back. He laughed at me and then told me that I would be charged for the whole day; " All rentals are 24hrs", he said. I was already halfway there (even though I dialed prior to hitting the road - I was on hold for quite a bit - about 10 mins) otherwise I would have turned back and kept the truck for the 24 hrs, but I would have paid more in millage & gas. Soooo, I turned the truck in and this is my review on customer service.Eduardo C.
