I made about five different trips just to get my hitch and wiring attached. I understand that places get busy I don't have a problem with that but if I make an appointment on the phone then get to the location and they tell me I do have an appointment but they don't have enough people working that day to help customer's and place hitch then I guess I don't understand why bother with an appointment. It was a hassle but I am happy with the over all placement and wiring of the hitch.

The clerks and GM need classes on how to be courteous and professional. The assumption is that you are there to walk around and see and will not address you until you actually walk in front of them, not to make a line on the other register. The other customers have totell you they are done or not in line. The GM Sal issued the equipment and opened both gates to the storage facility, so I was able to get out the opposite side. When I came back to return the clerk did not open the other gate, by the time I turned around the gate closed. If it hadden been for a storage customer exiting I would have been locked in and the clerk (who was doing all the wok) didn't even bother to turn around and push the button again. When I went back inside for my receipt, he acted as if nothing had happen and he didn't do anything wrong. Not once did they address my as "Sir until it was clear I was upset and even then the GM said it nonchalantly under his breath. Neither one gave the impression of being happy to be working there. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I picked up my trailer from Little Rock and drove it to Killeen. When I arrived at U-Haul Centex they charged me $200 dollars, saying it was for 10 extra days. I had initially paid to have the trailer for 13days 21Dec until 3 Jan. When I called to tell them I was wrongly charged the $200 they came up with a lame excuse. I called the U-Haul Where i originally picked up the trailer and Mr Ray Derden confirmed I should not have been charged $200 at delivery. Mr Derden didn’t give me an excuse but apologized for the Killeen U-Hauls mistake and gladly submitted a refund for the wrongly charged $200. For this debacle and unprofessionalism shown by the U-Haul Centex I will never do business there again. I don’t know if you all will actually read this but there has to be a way for Mr Derden to get some sort of compensation for covering the U-Haul Centex mistake.

There was some delay due to what looked like a training issue. Correcting this would have saved me at least 35 minutes when making the reservation. Return could not have been easier, just a little faster would have been good

Over all I was happy. I didnt like that the person who cash me out made me wait until he was done with whatever he was doing. He seemed upset because I called customer service about my refund. He didnt email me the correct final amount so I called about it. I guess they called him and he saw he messed up. He ask my name and said oooh you called customer service. I said yes and he maid me wait about 30. I came back to him because the other person was with someone. I said all I want is my refund. He made me wait longer and when the other guy was done he then starting helping me.. It was rediculous

They over charges my account almost $40, had to call three times for them to look into it, they when they found what the discrepancy was I wasn't offered any apology or compensation and I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Would definitely NOT recommend.
