I was having a hitch installed and the initial appointment had to be rescheduled as the parts had not arrived. Annoying, but I could not have made the appointment in the first place, as I drive truck and was stuck out of town. I never got a notification that the parts had arrived for the rescheduled appointment, which was also annoying. I stopped by the day before the rescheduled appointment to make sure all was good and the only person who could confirm this was out for lunch. What? Very annoying. However, I had an errand to run, and when I got back, the hitch dude was on it. He told me all was good and he looked forward to seeing me the next day. Showed up on time for installation, and all went smoothly. I had scheduled a 4X7 utility trailer for rental after installation and that went off without a hitch, no pun intended. The 4X7 trailer is perfect for my needs, and I've reserved another for the coming weekend. It's a great trailer. The one I had tracked well, and was in great repair. The attendant was awesome, and taught me to twist the retention chains to shorten them as opposed to wrapping them around the tongue. He made sure I was safe for travel and hauling! The hitch install confirmation number was 88395169. Although there were complications, I am satisfied and happy with the service. It was professionally accomplished by courteous personnel. The trailer rental confirmation number was 88988269. Again, professionalism and courtesy ruled the day. This is why I am renting a trailer again this coming weekend. My confirmation number for my upcoming rental is 28212817. $70 for a three-day rental with tax and insurance is a great rate. I'll be picking up from a different site than the previous two, so we'll see how that goes. Just to put a cap on this, I rented a truck a few weeks ago, and it was very spendy. I paid about $450 for the hitch installation, but if I rent a U-Haul trailer two more times, It will have paid for itself. In fact, having a hitch allows me to rent a pop-up tailer to drive to Kentucky to see the eclipse next month. My point is that even though you make great money renting moving trucks, consider having your associates push hitch installations. Most customers don't even consider the advantages of having a hitch. Just food for thought on how to maximize your inventory's money-making ability.

Road side assistance was not on time. The tailgate on the 6x12 trailer I rented would not go level. The chain link on one side was to short. Reported it to the manager when I returned the trailer.

The truck they gave me was really bad and falling apart. The people was ok but the equipment was not in good standards to be giving it out to customers I was very disappointed in Uhaul this time. The gentleman who checked us in his customer service was great. The return person she needs more customer service. Smile and make eye contact with your customers.

I love this location, the entire staff was very professional and proficient. Michelle is very personable and nice. The rental was more expensive than I think it should be. This isn't something they can control however(dictated by corporate).

Originally was suppose to drop off at pickup location but called and asked if I could drop it off somewhere else and was told yes, got to selected location and at first they said I can't return it there so I called corporate back and they told me I can change the drop off location after a CORPORATE employee told me I could. Luckily the manager at this location was able to make it so I could return it there. I still won't recommend Uhaul and will advise people not to simply because it's not worth it.

Please don't discriminate against African Americans. I was next in line to be a call. A young Spanish guy walked in and immediately asked the Caucasian lady standing behind me with "How can I help you?" This was humilulating for me.

I rented two vehicles this week to take debris to the landfill. The first pickup truck was great and II pickup truck was a little bit beat up. It did the job fine but I just felt very bad for you guys. The staff was wonderful the experience was extremely easy. Thank you so much

As per website I was instructed to check in the day prior to ensure vehicle condition etc. When I arrived I was told that was not necessary. A special trip for no reason!
