Oscar ASanjay was very helpful and explained everything to me after I had to cancel another reservation at a different location.
Keith MThe employee at this location was VERY rude and disrespectful. He was making up his own rules and not abiding by the contract. Even told us we would have to pay an extra 10 dollars if we left our vehicle there while using the uhaul . I will never return to this location again .
LAKEMTRES KU-haul representative Sanjay provided Great customer service. Reserved vehicle was ready and clean upon my arrival. Pickup was simple and fast. Sanjay is a 5-star representative. Keep this location and this representative. I have reserved and used U-haul vehicles in the past at different locations but service was not worthy of a 5-star rating.
