Location said it would be open but was not. We had to call the regional hotline to receive service to access the truck from the lockbox. Location should have informed us that no one would be there and that we should pre-register to be able to access the key lockbox. Not a problem to do it that way but there was no information given.

The truck was perfect and the location owner very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.
