Had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick up. I had no choice on location. No one was at location even though posted hours said "open". Local calls unanswered , had to call U-Haul directly. Lock box out of reach. Had to find a bench to stand on. Lock box rusted and difficult to open.

There is no way the rentsl location would have known this, but the cab leaks in heavy rain. We had water dripping in between the cab and the box. The pickup location staff were awesome. Personable, polite, and super customer focused. I wouldn't hesitate renting again from them!

Damian ILocation said it would be open but was not. We had to call the regional hotline to receive service to access the truck from the lockbox. Location should have informed us that no one would be there and that we should pre-register to be able to access the key lockbox. Not a problem to do it that way but there was no information given.
