On the day of pickup, the lady seemed bothered that she had to hook up the trailer. When I dropped the trailer off, the guy farted and stunk the place up. When I confronted him he said it must have been the other guy. I am very unhappy with the professionalism. In the future I will use other means.

The uhaul process left much to be desired. My original pick up location was changed and I missed the email stating such. However my pick up time was also changed and then when I arrived at the location, I was told there was a mix up in delivery time. The original pick up time was outside of store hours. Luckily I was able to convince him by showing my email. The truck had significant damage and the employee was not interested in doing a circle check with us. The safety of the trucks is very questionable. Overall a disappointing uhaul experience.

I think there must be some way that the customer is credited when the truck is returned with more gas in the tank than required.

When ordered online we gave all the information so we could just drive up and get the truck. Of course, the online system didn't work and we ended up having to go inside and give all the information AGAIN. So frustrating!!!

This location was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. My complaint comes from over the phone customer care where they told me one thing, only to get to the store and find out it's going to be something different.

The gas tank was on ..or around 1/4...very hard to give back with the same amount of gas,brought a trailer but the ball on the truck was the wrong size..also no customer parking so we had to park around the corner in a unsupervised parking lot with our trailer on the back

The location was clean and well maintained. The staff were less than pleased to be working on the weekend I suppose because they did nothing but roll their eyes and delay my drop off/storage move in.

Better briefings/explanations from staff to customer. What is a routine process for the staff is only an occasional or rare experience for the customer. The customer pays the bills - they should not be treated as an encumbrance.

The fuel tank was only 1/4 of the way full when obtained. We filled it expecting to use more gas than we did and left the tank 1/2 full. We however do not have the option of being reimbursed the $20 extra that we spent on gas. The policy should be that the tank is full on pick up and drop off.

Vehicle was in disrepair. Loud noises could be heard when turning vehicle off and pressing the break. Dashboard was falling apart. There was no dolly in the back even though I was told there would be. If I could have rented elsewhere, I probably would have. As soon as a new company decides to offer the same kind of rental, I will probably change over.

1) Clean inside of windshield better as was greasy and difficult to see through at night due to glare. 2) More lighting inside cargo area. 3) Do not confirm truck available at one location online and then reserve it at another location over 25km away! When confirmed online it should truly be available for the selected pick-up time and duration.

Major problem with booking i requested several days during the phone conversation. The representative did not tell me i couldn't have the truck for the time frame i needed, Instead i found out that i had 24 hours when i picked up the truck, I was told that it was not policy to rent trucks for more than the above stated time at the end of the month. This is unacceptable, as a frequent costumer i was outraged by this. The explanation of the representative was not from this location is also unacceptable. At the time of booking i was not informed of this! As a customer my needs should come first not "we don't rent trucks for more than 24 hours at the end of the month. As it was i the majority of my plans were unable to be completely due to not being informed i was not able to rent the truck for the time frames i requested.

The process is fine. the equipment is fine. The two guys behind the desk were dismal. Unfriendly—almost sullen. They were barely keeping the lights on. Not a whisper of a smile. Barely a salutation. 3 our of 10 on the interpersonal experience. 10/10 on the quality of the equipment etc. Just those two guys. They need to lighten while on the job.

Your advertising is slightly deceptive and does not state the additional costs of mileage which increases the cost of renting 10 fold. When talking to a customer service rep on the phone, both my husband and I heard 15 cents per km and when we arrived at the location, the price was 59 cents per km.

When I called to make the reservation I was told I could park there for the 3 hours I was using the van. This was not the case. More importantly, the cargo area smelled like a mix of cat piss and cigarettes. As a result my furniture now stinks! On the upside, the van was mechanically sound.
