How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe online check-in required either additional identification or the information of another person who had to be available to answer a verification call. I booked online and don’t remember this requirement being clearly communicated during the booking process, so I wasn’t prepared to have someone available at the last minute. I think this should be made much more obvious before pickup. The employee was very kind and helpful, however, and allowed me to complete the check-in in person instead.
Phuong MFor one way I would recommend.

Justin VService was fast and convenient. Was able to check in and check out in no time. On site parking was very helpful.
